Return Process

  Log into your viaGlamour account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused cosmetic items in their original laboratory packaging to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement products within 5-7 business days.
